To register, we would like to ask you to fill out some information in the sign-up form below. Please let us know if you are willing to give a talk, present a poster, or if you want to participate only. You can do so by clicking the applicable box in the sign-up form.
If you choose to present a talk or poster, please ensure to attach an abstract (in PDF) to your registration. The word limit for this abstract is 300 words + 2-5 keywords, which should be added at the beginning of the document. Please be aware that the spots for giving a talk are limited and places will be allocated by the organizers. In case, you are not chosen for a talk, you will be asked to present a poster instead.
Abstracts are welcome from all areas of neuroimaging, behavioral, clinical, data science, or methodology. In addition to completed studies, feel free to present proposals, experimental designs, and preliminary data in your poster presentations!

Since this conference is organized by students for students, participation is free of charge.
The deadline for sending your abstract is midnight (UTC) on November 2nd.
The deadline for sending your poster is midnight (UTC) on November 15th.
